Great product.

The ABLE pushup gliders are amazing. With the ability to move in different directions and the rotation of the handles, regular pusups are obsolete. All the muscles of the upper body, along with the core, are burned to the max. Also, the construction of the gliders are high quality material. The best investment you can make is to buy a pair of these babies. You won't regret your purchase.

Impressive right from the start!

Got to love technology. I am a huge proponent of a solid core workout. I have broken my back more than once and have a deteriorating L4/L5 situation, so it is immensely important, especially at 56yrs old, to have a strong core for my back. Well, enter"CoreFlex 4D". I have only had it a few days and have not had a chance to start the program, but I have tried it out and can tell 'immediately' the incredible isolation this product puts on your core. I think this is the icing on the cake I have been looking for to finally have the complete core upgrade I have been wanting. See you in a month with a before and after pic follow-up. Excellent piece of equipment.

This is very well made and constructed. I was skeptical, as I always am when spending my hard earned money, but I can assure you that this is fairly priced for what you get. The training is intense and can be modified to accommodate any level of fitness. The product seems indestructible unless you drive over it with a tank, in which case I think it still may survive. Get it.
