Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using USPS or other mail services depending on your location and fastest available service. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which you will receive by email/SMS once it is issued.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship our orders globally from several facilities located in USA, Asia and Europe. Our average shipping times, unless otherwise stated are:
USA - 2-4 business days
Canada, Oceania, Europe, Asia (not incl. India) - 5-15 business days
South Africa, S.America, C.America - 20-40 business days
Rest of world - 10-20 business days
Islands - varies depending on product and destination. Please contact us for specific shipping times
Please note that these are average shipping times, and orders to destinations outside of the USA may be affected by delays in local Customs offices, local postal services, weather conditions, and more, which are out of our control.
In order to ensure minimum shipping times, please make sure all shipping information you provide is correct and accurate. Fitness Hardware cannot be held responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customers.
FULL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If, for any reason, shipping time takes longer than 6 weeks to arrive, we will give you a full refund for the product should you decide to return it once arrives, or send you a new item at no extra cost (or shipping cost, when applicable).
In cases that are not under our control and shipping takes longer than expected, such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., if you decide to return the item, return shipping cost is not refunded.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates vary based on the product (size and weight), destination and store promotion. However, be on the lookout for our FREE SHIPPING discounts we have every now and then.
If applicable, the final shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout process - after entering your shipping address and before you commit to pay.
NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION
Navidium Shipping Protection gives a 100% coverage of items damaged in transit or items lost by the carrier (i.e. not delivered). Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier it is not covered any longer.
