Use of FitnessHardware.com
Fitness Hardware currently ships to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.
Processing & Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email, and by SMS if selected at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You’ll be able to review the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after checkout, contact us right away at info@fitnesshardware.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or handed off to the carrier.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@fitnesshardware.com with your order number and details.
For damaged packages, please include photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

30-Day Guarantee Policy
We want you to feel confident purchasing the ABLE. ABLE purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days of the order’s delivery date.
Unopened ABLE returns: If the product is unopened and remains in its original packaging, Fitness Hardware will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Opened or used ABLE returns: If the product has been opened or used, it may still be returned within the 30-day period. A flat $9.95 return shipping fee will apply and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. All other terms included in our Return & Order Support policy will continue to apply.
