Be consistent, Beginners!

This is a fantastic piece of equipment! I started with a minute of planks on my knees. My abs were sore for 4 days. I am consistent and my abs are getting stronger.
I am up to several sets of the prescribed movements and my abs can last over 5 minutes. I feel stronger in my whole midsection, including my lower back and glutes. I still have a decent layer of fat around my waist (as you can see in the picture) but the muscles underneath are so much stronger after only a couple of weeks. Stay confident, keep on rolling all you hip cats!

My name is Bret and I'm 43 years old. After growing up as a pudgy, overweight kid. I always dreamed of having a defined midsection and the abs I only saw on TV.
After a divorce and a commitment to my fitness, I ran across the core flex 4D on social media. The product looked well thought out, designed and engineered to do what I wanted. The ordering process was simple, the product arrived, well packaged, and in a timely fashion.

Although at first, I was only able to use the core flex on my knees, I eventually worked up to a full plank position and started following some of the dedicated exercise routines. Loving this thing

It's taken some getting used to but absolutely loving the core flex. For me, I have found that it allows me to to get into a more comfortable position for planks (I have wrist pain) and you have a flexibility to tweak out your planks.

Innovative Destabilization Tool

I had high hopes when purchasing this product, and was not disappointed. It incorporates shifting work naturally without much thought. I would say it's superior to traditional shifting work as I feel greater core destabilization and as a result more muscle fiber recruitment. Excellent tool for improving core stabilizing strength. It's a strict improvement over traditional ab rollers, in my opinion. I will use this for at home client personal training.

My new exercise partner!

Been working out since I was 16 years old and I'm 65 now. I find this device slams my core with a vengeance but is very low impact on my joints. This has become a standard in my strengthending routine along either my kettle, bands and dumbells. I've always done a series of complex planks but this redefines the entire routine. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. Only defect I've discovered is an end cap that has no retention and continually falls out. That said, overall, I'm pleased.

No comparison

I've used another product for several years and while it worked, I didn't know what I was missing until I got the CoreFlex4D. The forearm stabilizer system and wider ball are game changers. Great product.

OUTSTANDING

I had to reinforce mine I'm 300lbs plus when I got on my toes the sides would come apart so I DRILLED holes on both sides ran threaded ROD through AND put washers AND NUTS on works PERFECT NOW. You should make it sturdier for people 300lbs plus. I LOVE MINE GETS THE JOB DONE VERY CHALLENGING
