Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we reserve the right to refund only faulty items, pending inspection and approval.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
•    New and unused
•    In the same condition as received
•    In the original packaging

Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@fitnesshardware.com to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Approved returns are issued a prepaid return shipping label via email. Customers are responsible for:
•    Accessing and printing the return label
•    Affixing the label to the package
•    Dropping the package off with the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as indicated on the label)

We are unable to mail physical return labels.

Please do not send items back to the original shipping destination. Some orders ship from third-party logistics facilities that cannot accept returns. Any item sent without prior authorization may be refused or deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Partial or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be partially approved or denied in the following situations:
1.    Items returned in a condition different from how they were received, including damage or missing parts not due to our error
2.    Items returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior approval

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of:
•    Arrival confirmation
•    Approval or rejection of your refund or exchange

If approved, refunds are processed automatically and credited to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellations

Orders typically ship within 24 business days of payment. Cancellation requests must be made within a 12-hour window.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the item may be returned for a refund after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact info@fitnesshardware.com and include clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
Upon review:
•    A replacement or refund will be approved as appropriate
•    In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned unless otherwise instructed

If you prefer not to provide proof of the defect, the item may be returned following our standard return process.

If a product was used as instructed and becomes defective within a reasonable time after purchase, we may offer a replacement. What qualifies as a “reasonable time” varies by product and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items.

For exchanges requested for reasons other than approved quality issues, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please confirm eligibility for exchange prior to returning any item.

Digital Products

Digital or downloadable products (including online courses and e-books) are non-refundable once purchased.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within our estimated delivery timeframe, delays outside our control may occur. If an order does not arrive within 6 weeks of the order date, we will offer a refund or reshipment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
1.    Check your bank or credit card statement
2.    Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing times vary)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or our error, in which case shipping costs will be covered by us following inspection.

If returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
