Be consistent, Beginners!

This is a fantastic piece of equipment! I started with a minute of planks on my knees. My abs were sore for 4 days. I am consistent and my abs are getting stronger.
I am up to several sets of the prescribed movements and my abs can last over 5 minutes. I feel stronger in my whole midsection, including my lower back and glutes. I still have a decent layer of fat around my waist (as you can see in the picture) but the muscles underneath are so much stronger after only a couple of weeks. Stay confident, keep on rolling all you hip cats!

The abs everybody wants!

My name is Bret and I'm 43 years old. After growing up as a pudgy, overweight kid. I always dreamed of having a defined midsection and the abs I only saw on TV.
After a divorce and a commitment to my fitness, I ran across the core flex 4D on social media. The product looked well thought out, designed and engineered to do what I wanted. The ordering process was simple, the product arrived, well packaged, and in a timely fashion.
And so, my journey began. Although at first, I was only able to use the core flex on my knees, I eventually worked up to a full plank position and started following some of the dedicated exercise routines. And let me tell you, the results are phenomenal! The core flex is so simple to use. I found myself using it multiple times a day. The results came fast! I now have a very defined midsection as well as a strength and core, resulting in less back pain, and overall fitness!
I love the core flex so much I recently ordered four more and have given them out as Christmas presents. Thanks for designing a quality product and making my dreams come true!

Loving this thing

It's taken some getting used to but absolutely loving the core flex. For me, I have found that it allows me to to get into a more comfortable position for planks (I have wrist pain) and you have a flexibility to tweak out your planks.

I love this gizmo. It's so simple yet, damn, this thing works the core like nothing else I've tried and I've been at the workout lifestyle for almost 50 years. Best of all, there is little to no trauma to the joints, which is key for those of us with years of wear and tear. An individual can really dig in, the challenge is only limited by the imagination. Check out the image taken yesterday of me at the beach. Results like this are truly possible when combined with a disciplined regular routine and healthy lifestyle. Definitely give this a try!

Innovative Destabilization Tool

I had high hopes when purchasing this product, and was not disappointed. It incorporates shifting work naturally without much thought. I would say it's superior to traditional shifting work as I feel greater core destabilization and as a result more muscle fiber recruitment. Excellent tool for improving core stabilizing strength. It's a strict improvement over traditional ab rollers, in my opinion. I will use this for at home client personal training.

My new exercise partner!

Been working out since I was 16 years old and I'm 65 now. I find this device slams my core with a vengeance but is very low impact on my joints. This has become a standard in my strengthending routine along either my kettle, bands and dumbells. I've always done a series of complex planks but this redefines the entire routine. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. Only defect I've discovered is an end cap that has no retention and continually falls out. That said, overall, I'm pleased.

No comparison

I've used another product for several years and while it worked, I didn't know what I was missing until I got the CoreFlex4D. The forearm stabilizer system and wider ball are game changers. Great product.

OUTSTANDING

I had to reinforce mine I'm 300lbs plus when I got on my toes the sides would come apart so I DRILLED holes on both sides ran threaded ROD through AND put washers AND NUTS on works PERFECT NOW. You should make it sturdier for people 300lbs plus. I LOVE MINE GETS THE JOB DONE VERY CHALLENGING

Great product.

The ABLE pushup gliders are amazing. With the ability to move in different directions and the rotation of the handles, regular pusups are obsolete. All the muscles of the upper body, along with the core, are burned to the max. Also, the construction of the gliders are high quality material. The best investment you can make is to buy a pair of these babies. You won't regret your purchase.

Impressive right from the start!

Got to love technology. I am a huge proponent of a solid core workout. I have broken my back more than once and have a deteriorating L4/L5 situation, so it is immensely important, especially at 56yrs old, to have a strong core for my back. Well, enter"CoreFlex 4D". I have only had it a few days and have not had a chance to start the program, but I have tried it out and can tell 'immediately' the incredible isolation this product puts on your core. I think this is the icing on the cake I have been looking for to finally have the complete core upgrade I have been wanting. See you in a month with a before and after pic follow-up. Excellent piece of equipment.

This is very well made and constructed. I was skeptical, as I always am when spending my hard earned money, but I can assure you that this is fairly priced for what you get. The training is intense and can be modified to accommodate any level of fitness. The product seems indestructible unless you drive over it with a tank, in which case I think it still may survive. Get it.
